Kendall Schmidt (born November 2, 1990) is an actor and singer, best known for her role as Kendall Knight in the Nickelodeon series, Big Time Rush. Is also a member of boy band of the same name.
Before Nickelodeon, had a guest appearance on "Frasier." In 2009, he signed a contract with Columbia Records with his band Big Time Rush, along with James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson.
Schmidt was born in Wichita, Kansas began his acting career at age six, appearing in a television commercial Chex. When I was 10 years old, was one of the three young actors who was hired to be Haley Joel Osment waiting and body double (who shared the same agent) in the Steven Spielberg film, AI Artificial Intelligence. He celebrated his birthday on the set, and Spielberg and the cast surprised him with a birthday cake decorated with figures of Star Wars. In mid-2009 Schmidt was inducted into the Nickelodeon series Rush Big Time as one of the four main characters, Kendall Knight. The show opened with a record 6.8 million viewers, making it the biggest opening designed for a live-action series in the history of Nickelodeon.En the 2000s, his first speaking role was to play a young version of Frasier Crane in an episode of "Frasier," but he has also had guest starring roles on Gilmore Girls, ER, ghost Whisperer, CSI: Miami and Without a Trace
